Initial enquiries are typically followed up with a pre-arranged visit to your home to discuss the various aspects of your new kitchen. This would include accurate measuring of the kitchen space, styling, design and choice of appliances, worktops, sinks and taps etc., whilst carefully noting your preferences and requirements.
From these discussions a set of hand drawn plan and elevation drawings will be produced and presented to you at your home for your consideration. We are then able to note any changes you may wish to make and amend accordingly and at this point we are able to supply you with a no obligation quotation.
If you then wish to proceed a 50% deposit is required, allowing us to programme your kitchen into our manufacturing schedule. Depending on the size and complexity of your kitchen, the manufacturing process takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks.
Prior to delivery you are invited to visit our workshop to inspect your new kitchen fully assembled and pre-fitted. A further payment of 35% is then requested before installation, along with full payment for appliances and worktops.
Installation is completed by our own fitters and usually takes between 1-2 weeks for our pre-finished ranges, with an additional week required for our hand painted ranges.
Upon satisfactory completion of all aspects of your new kitchen the remaining balance of 15% becomes payable.
